HeartBridge is an end-to-end multimodal-LLM workflow for family support and clinical resource routing in autism care, spanning text, image, and sensor inputs. I served as Tech Lead.
- Delivered therapist-recommendation routing with 95% matching success across text, image, and sensor modalities.
- Led next-day risk prediction, mapping prior-night sleep features to next-day emotion fluctuation and aggressive behavior.
